Post a role

Two ways to work with us, depending on how much of the hiring you want to do.

For a related Monitask resource on time tracking, see more details.

List it yourself

Your role on our board, in front of candidates in our six specialisms. You handle screening, interviews, and the offer.

Includes: the listing for a defined period, structured data so it appears in search engines' job results, and applications delivered straight to you.

Requirements: a real, currently open role, a named employer, and a published salary range. We do not list roles without a range, and this is not negotiable — it wastes candidates' time and ours.

Suited to: roles you can fill yourself, where you need reach rather than help.

Hand us the search

We source, screen, and present a shortlist. You interview and decide.

Includes: an intake call with the hiring manager, active sourcing, structured screening, a shortlist with written notes, process management, and offer support. Written replacement guarantee.

Suited to: scarce skills, urgent roles, confidential searches, or when nobody internally has capacity.

Which one

Run the comparison honestly rather than as fee versus no fee:

Listing yourself: listing cost + your screening hours + likely longer vacancy. Handing it over: fee + fewer internal hours + usually shorter vacancy.

For common roles in deep markets with someone internally who has time, listing wins. For everything else the vacancy cost alone often covers the fee.

We wrote the full arithmetic: what it really costs to fill a role.

Before you post

The posting determines who applies. Two things move the response rate more than anything else:

Publish the range. Required in a growing number of states and cities, and everywhere else it still cuts wasted screening and improves the pool.

Describe the work, not the adjectives. "Dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment" describes nobody. "In the first six months you will take over reporting for three regional teams" describes a job.
