From public sources: professional profiles and other publicly available information relevant to a role.

Why we use it

- To manage the recruitment process on a client's behalf
- To keep you on file for future roles, where you have agreed
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
Who we share it with
Employers, when we submit you — and only with your permission for that specific role. We do not submit candidates speculatively.
Service providers who help us operate: applicant tracking, email, background check agencies, IT.
Legal authorities, where required.
What we do not do
- Submit you to an employer without asking
- Sell your information
- Share your current employer with anyone
- Contact your current employer without permission
- Charge you anything
How long we keep it
